Other than the pizza being dynamite, they made things right when mistakenly gave my order to my neighbor (who ate it instead of saying they didn't order it). There's something to be said about businesses who focus their efforts on making the customer happy instead of worrying about blame. I'll keep ordering bc the food rocks, they are almost always... timely, and they focus on making sure the customer is satisfied. The UWS has been missing a stellar Pizza Joint for a LONG time. Sal & Carmine's, and Numero 28 the closest we have had to even half way decent pie, so the addition of Motorino is AWESOME and highly appreciated by all long time residents. Motorino is widely considered in the top 15 in the City, and I highly suggest going for the Clam Pie. Welcome to the Upper West! After always ordering common place pizza, we tried decided to try this. It was fantastic! We always re-warm pizzas on a hot stone in the oven when they are delivered. This crust was anazing, the toppings were fresh and vibrant, and I will be ordering here rather than any other pizza place Ive tried on the upper West side.
