About Motivation Foundation
Motivation Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing high school students in West Australia with the opportunity to earn a nationally recognized Certificate II in Civil Construction through on-site training and workplace experience. Established in 2008, the foundation focuses on helping disadvantaged young Australians aged 16 to 19 transition into the Civil and Resource Industry by equipping them with essential skills and behaviors. The Motivation Civil and Mining Academy (MCMA) specifically targets students disengaged from mainstream education, offering them meaningful pathways to future employment.
