With all the bouncing, running, and tumbling you do in gymnastics it's supposed to be fun. And we've found that gymnastics is a lot more fun when done so in a safe manner. Every class we teach places a strong emphasis on safety. We make sure that children warm up properly and are conditioned to handle the challenge of learning and perfecting different skills. We also see to it that children use the proper protective equipment, spotting is always done and skills are taught in progressions.
