Established in 2006. Artisan Pizzas, Fresh Produce, Excellent service and Outdoor Dining by the dry creak and Bocce Court are all part of the experience at Most Wanted Wine Bar. Many people come and spend several hours relaxing in our courtyard or having a glass of wine by the fire pit. We have room for large parties and romantic evenings of just t... wo. Come out and experience for yourself we will not disappoint! We feature all house made dishes and a selection of wines to impress the most distinguished wine snobs. We have been told that we have a great selection of craft beers as well to cleanse the pallet or to just throw back a few cold ones with friends after a long deserved day. Most Wanted originally started out as a wine tasting room for the Most Wanted Wine label produced by Angela and Mark Garcia and family. As with all great thinkers and entrepreneurs, we decided that we wanted to add food to the mix. This addition required much thought so we decided to add a wood fired oven as the base for our dishes. Beer is a prerequisite for pizza so we added beers and several varieties of wines from many growing regions local and around the world. We love food, especially food from a time forgotten, cooked at a slower pace and with much love, hence the wood fired oven concept. We wanted to bring our experiences to this great town of Oakdale,CA where we live and have raised our children.
