Strong bonds are formed through social and structured training, networking and team-building events To develop a range of soft skills, values and attributes in our scholars that support their evolution into resilient, responsible and respected people in their lives and workplaces The values of the Program include hard work, perseverance, integrity, respect, community and the Pay It Forward principle of contributing to our Program and wider society one day There was an initiative to ensure there is a sense of community and family among scholars themselves. Social meetings and interaction on social media meant we always knew what is going on with scholars and we check up on one another. There is so much support in the program I think all the students really need the money and that made us the same but we come from very different places and circumstances and we are very different in lots of respects. MSP accommodated all the different students and their different needs.
