Mortar Masters & Concrete Builders vestiges its beginnings all the way back to 2012. Noed L. Briones was doing well as a Corporate Manager in a well-known Multinational Company in Construction Chemical Industry. He started as a simple employee but driven with the passion he was then considered as one of the best employees achieving numerous awards.... While working with an eye towards the future, He then meets Florencio D. Josol, who once worked as a Plant Manager in a well-known Batching Plant/Construction Company and the founder of FGCC Construction & Services, a construction company specializes in retrofitting and strengthening of bridges. Who would have thought that a simple meeting of people with same thought in the industry will come up with a decision to take a higher step. With the help of Engr. Jun Mar P. Madrio, a licensed engineer known for excellent records in the construction industry who once worked as a Construction Manager in well-known local Construction Company and a former colleague of Noed L. Briones, Mortar Masters & Concrete Builders was built under the name of Flora Mae D. Briones.
