Morse and Doak is an owner operated business. We work to have at least one of the three owners on each jobsite everyday in order to ensure the quality of the project and to keep each client well informed of the day to day activities of the site. We strive to develop listening relationships with each client that allows for not only a successful proj... ect, but also a lifelong relationship. With 30+ years of experience each, we are able to provide leadership, encouragement and assistance to our team of employees and subcontractors to keep each project on track. Our goal is to turn each client's dreams and desires into a completed project that was envisioned from the beginning. We are a fully qualified residential building general contractor that has the experience and knowledge for new construction, renovations and additions, and 18th and 19th Century reproductions. Being a general contractor, we are also tasked on each project to head up a team of excellent subcontractors including masons, electricians, plumbers, heating and A/C contractors, excavation contractors, and tile installers. We work closely with each trade to ensure top notch quality work and hold each to the same standards that we hold ourselves too. Morse and Doak Builders has experience in all types of residential building projects, including: additions, barns, new home construction, post and beam repairs, sill replacement, kitchen and bath remodeling, and all types of existing home repairs. We have also completed new house reproductions of old houses with all modern features as well as old home restorations with modern updating finished subtly to blend and complement the original features. We have had original moldings copied and we have also done raised paneling and feathered edge paneling.
