Our estimates are a representation of what the bottom line will be once the project is complete. We do, however, understand that dreams and visions can change in the middle of a project. We do not have a flat rate for a change order. We provide the customer an adjusted price or estimate before the change is made to prevent "surprise" additional cost.Read More
