Founded by John Morrisby in 1967, The Morrisby Organisation are leaders in the supply and development of assessment systems and services to careers advice and guidance professionals and to HR specialists across a wide range of commercial settings. During these early foundations in psychometric test publishing, the organisation built an impressive track record in developing a number of tests and assessments for specialised industrial recruitment. The organisation then capitalised on these specialist skills and experience in assessment design, by harnessing computer technology to further pioneer the development of advanced systems for guidance and assessment. Over the last 20 years the Morrisby Guidance Service has evolved into the most widely used assessment system used in guidance today, with schools and colleges throughout the UK and overseas now using the Morrisby Profile as a key part of their careers guidance programme. The key to this success has been innovation, using technology to deliver the most usable and accessible systems to clients and users alike.
