Our site, situated in the Cape Town northern suburbs, is equipped with two... continuous feed drum type manufacturing plants, capable of producing over 220 tonnes of the highest quality hot mix asphalt per hour. Our unique "duel plant" setup allows for the simultaneous supply of two independent asphalt mixes, while also providing system redundancy, ensuring that supply is continued in the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown on the site. Our 400 tonnes of hot storage capacity allows for pre-manufacturing of asphalt, ensuring that we have the correct blend of asphalt mixes available in peak periods. Our specialist on-site SANAS accredited asphalt laboratory ensures tight control of the manufacturing process through a rigorously controlled continual sampling process. This commitment to quality ensures that our asphalt strictly complies with the required specifications, regardless of the volume.
