At Moore Chiropractic, your health is always our top priority. In the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, we want to touch on a few new and existing office policies. First, the ADH requires patients who are exhibiting symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or loss of smell or taste to seek medical attention before visiting our offic... e. The ADH also requests that you postpone treatment if you have had contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or travelled internationally or to a domestic hotspot in the last 14 days. Please be patient with us as we will be doing temperature checks and asking screening questions with each patient before being treated. Second, we are reducing our waiting room capacity and limiting the amount of patients in our waiting area. If you are more comfortable waiting in your vehicle until your appointment, we are going to make accommodations to allow this. Please call our office when you arrive, and we will have a staff member check you in. When it is your turn to see a doctor, a staff member will call you to let you know when you can come into the office. We are also offering "touchless" paperwork for new patients. Please visit the Contact/Forms tab of our website to fill out your paperwork online. Third, we will continue to follow our normal sanitization procedures as always. This means that we will be disinfecting tables and sanitizing/washing hands between every patient. We will also be disinfecting treatment and waiting rooms and cleaning high touch areas such as doorknobs, chair arms, and counters. We have also removed magazines and toys from the office. Fourth, the ADH is requiring that patients wear face coverings when they enter the building. Due to the limited supply of PPE, we ask that you wear a mask/covering from home.
