Moon Transaction Coordination

I'm Breanna. In June, 2017 I started my own company, Over the Moon Transaction Coordination, because I noticed dozens of agents at my brokerage who are absolute superstars but are simply bogged down with admin work and menial tasks. They're really unbelievably awesome at talking to people and making connections. So why aren't they doing that more o... ften? I'm one of those unusual people who loves paperwork. On Breanna's Perfect Planet, life would be a series of filling out paperwork and occasional trips to antique stores or Disneyland. :) Anyway, many of the agents I know are too busy to train new admins or often do not have enough work to pay an admin full-time. That's where I come in. I am already fully-trained, I know every tool and site you use, and I absolutely LOVE administrative work. I live and work in Wichita. I also live for those aforementioned Disney trips, all things from the 1950s and '60s, remodeling and improving my house, and living in a really authentic way. One of the coolest things I've ever done was sit on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean deep into the night, and watch the waves lap in the distance. Real estate is my means of making more magical moments like that happen. Since having my dream of homeownership finally come true, I LOVE bringing that reality to others.
