Tim and Chidi are longtime friends from high school they were both members of the high school wrestling team and constantly pushed each other's limits on the mat. As time progressed and we grew older, we realized that pushing physical fitness and limitations is great, but there's a point where one hits a wall, more often than not this wall is due t... o a lack of knowledge, the wrong approach or a psychological mindset which creates a perceived limitation. As we progressed in age, in wrestling, in life and in our careers, we constantly pushed our limits and achieved admirable success, however upon pushing forward for more from life, we would always come across this wall or plateaus so to speak. This plateaus will tend to push us back just as hard as we pressed forward; we eventually had to reevaluate our approach. Through years of evaluation, trial and error, testing and pushing, we began to realize that it's not always about pushing harder, but pushing smarter.
