MonteVista Landscape is dedicated to servicing Orange County and surrounding communities in landscape maintenance. Our company expanded into construction originally from servicing residential homes. We've come a long ways from those early days. MonteVista Landscape provides several landscape maintenance service options: * Weekly * Every other week,... or every other 2 or 3 weeks. * Bi-monthly * Every 10 days * Weekly during the year, but every other week during the winter. * Weekly, but during the winter service property weekly and only cut the lawn every other week, while doing the rest. The above maintenance options don't necesarily work for every property. We can evaluate which is the best option considering the landscape of the property and your needs. You can save a considerable amount of money on the streamlined options, for example you can save about 30% on a every-10-days service option as compared to a weekly service or save by having the lawn cut every other week during the winter. We have crews equiped with the best commercial equipment to better maintain your property. We have thousands of irrigation parts worth thousands of dollars to fix or troubleshoot problems and for emergencies. We've saved our customers money on their water bill by adjusting the watering time, fixing or replacing leaking valves, sprinklers and pipes---not to mention resolving flooding issues. We prevent mole, fungus and mushroom growth by monitoring the irrigation time correctly. Once we get you on our maintenance schedule, we put the property on a yearly program: we fertilize the lawn 4 times a year, put winter rye seed during the winter (if required), chemically treat the lawn during the end of winter to kill the seeds of weed grasses and we trim the trees once a year.
