Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation (CCPR) is a nationally accredited agency and 1991 recipient of the National Gold Medal Award. Established in 1991 through a unique partnership between the City of Carmel and Clay Township, CCPR plays an integral role in the quality of life of thier community, helping Carmel be named America's #1 Best Place to Live by Money Magazine in August 2012.
