This is Moneycor... ps commercial foreign exchange account agreement (this Agreement), which will govern any contract the Client enters into with Moneycorp as part of the First Rates International Payments Service provided for the Post Office (the Service). While this Agreement governs the terms of transactions and contracts which Moneycorp enters into with the Client, it does not impose any obligation on Moneycorp to enter into any transaction with the Client. For the Clients own benefit and protection the Client should read the Application Form and these terms and conditions carefully before completing, signing and returning the Application Form, as the Clients signature confirms that the Client has read and accepted everything in these duly completed documents. TTT Moneycorp Limited is authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Service Regulations 2009 (FCA reference number 308919) for the provision of payment services. 1.1 In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings: Access Codes means one or more unique security codes which Moneycorp, or a third party authorised by Moneycorp, may issue to the Client to gain access to the System including a user name and password. Account means the Clients currency account or client fund allocated to the Client as part of the System.
