My name is Tiffanie. Im a coach, blogger, business owner, community leader, wife, mom, sister, daughter and friend. I am a certified Integrative Health Coach from Duke Integrative Medicine, and also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition from Florida State University. I spent the majority of my life in and around health and wellnes... s. I taught fitness classes for many years and truly saw myself as someone dedicated to health and wellness. Then babies, life, stress, and a million other excuses happened and I found myself nearing middle-age frumpy, tired and confused on who I had become. I decided to do something about it. Enough was enough!! Funny thing happened when I decided to focus on MEnot only did I find myself again, but it opened up an entirely new way of life for our whole family! I am creating a legacy of health for my family as they see me make it a priority in my life. My boys see me exercise. They see a mom committed to working on her health. My boys benefit from healthy cooking and an active mom that can keep up with their energy. My hope is that they will pass down this legacy of health and wellness to their own children one day! I receive multitude of emails daily from women, especially moms, who feel hopeless, stressed, and depressed. They give everything they have to their families with practically nothing left for themselves. They WANT to change, but dont know how. There are pastors, therapists, conventional doctors, holistic practices, meds and support groups out there.
