Molino Braga

Several generations, almost 170 years of work, Molino Braga is a history of technological innovation along the lines of traditional values. It is a milling company specialised in the transformation and processing of soft wheat and other high quality cereals for professional use. The origins of Molino date back to the mid-1800s, near the centre of B... rescia, where the Braga family ran a craft business. The rapid industrialisation of the twentieth century and the growth in production volume led to the gradual modernisation of the plant, which continues to evolve and update up to the present day. In 2015, the plants production capacity was increased to 330t/24h thanks to the inauguration of the new milling plant, entirely built by the Buhler company, which allows the processing of homogeneous grain mixtures, from which high quality flour is extracted for a more constant milling over time, giving the flour the right strength and great elasticity. Subsequently, the Dello plant was further expanded with the construction of a new annexed factory and the introduction of new machinery such as the optical sorter, which rejects impure grains to obtain a safer product.
