he story of TTG Imaging Solutions began in 2004 when Jack Tomayko founded The Tomayko Group. Tomayko with several partners owned and operated Lakeshore Isotopes, LLC and TTG Equipment Services, LLC. By the end of 2010, Tomayko had acquired controlling interest of all entities under The Tomayko Group (TTG) umbrella, including the creation of TTG Cap... ital which provided financing into the physician practice and hospital space. In 2012, TTG acquired a controlling interest in Cardiologic, LLC. In 2015, TTG acquired Omni Diagnostics, LLC and in 2016, Omni acquired the assets of Ultrasound Consultants, Inc. In 2016, TTG Healthcare, LLC was established to act as the holding company for all of the acquisitions that had been completed to date. In 2017, the TTG pharmacy business began doing business as TTG Isotopes. In 2019, growth was further accelerated through the entrance of a private equity sponsor Chartwell Investments . Absolute Imaging Solutions and Northeast Electronics were acquired in 2019 making TTG a significant player in the nuclear medicine and molecular imaging industry. In 2020, TTG Healthcare, LLC was rebranded to TTG Imaging Solutions , LLC to reflect our ability to be the One-Stop Solution for the Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging community. In February 2020, TTG Imaging Solutions, LLC added Molecular Imaging Specialists (MIS) to its equipment sales and service platform. Additionally, in March 2020, TTG Imaging Solutions, LLC completed its largest acquisition to date by acquiring Nuclear Imaging Services (NIS). NIS was a mirror image of TTG Imaging Solutions, LLC having comparable operations across the Southern United States in each of TTGs business segments.
