Our mission is to exceed guest expectations, while helping our owners make more money with their vacation rentals. Using our proven process, we help clients maximize their rental income by turning their properties into profitable short-term rentals. Our story begins in January 2015 when the Super Bowl came to Phoenix. We heard that locals were list... ing their homes on Airbnb for hundreds of dollars a night, so we decided to cash in and list our home in Tempe. Within hours of posting on Airbnb, we had our first bookingand it wasn't even for the Super Bowl! We were hooked. While guests rented out our house, we took trips on weekends, stayed with amazing friends, or found a cheap hotel room. It wasn't ideal, so we bought a small studio in Downtown Phoenix to live in while our home was booked. It was a mess. But as soon as we fixed it up, we wondered - why not list this space on Airbnb, too? It was equally successful and soon enough, we were in the same predicament: paid to be homeless. That's when we realized the flexibility to live in our homes when they were availableand travel when they weren't - was the right step for us. So, we quit our jobs and started traveling full time. Six years later, we're still traveling from one rental to the next - with trips to Vegas in between.
