Rosendin Holdings, Inc. (RHI) established Modular Power Solutions (MPS) in November of 2011. RHI is a privately held company with revenue exceeding $1B dollars annually. RHI also owns and Rosendin International (RI) as well as Rosendin Electric (REI) which is the largest design-build electrical contractor in North America. REI is also the largest renewable energy builder in North America. REI and RI are sister companies to MPS. By June of 2009 MPS filed for patent protection over their proprietary skid mounted delivery methodology. By September of 2012 MPS had already delivered ~60MW of critical UPS capacity to clients such as Digital Realty Trust, Bank of America and others.
