Since 1989, Modica & Associates' team of environmental consultants has served to address Florida's unique resources and challenges through solutions-focused environmental planning. Each of our leadership team members come from scientific backgrounds, with at least 8 years experience in environmental planning and a minimum of 3 years experience in the public sector. Each offers specialized knowledge of Florida's natural resources, and local, state and federal regulations and policies. Through experience, strategic planning and creative solutions, our team will help navigate regulatory issues, address local concerns and mitigate impacts to develop successful projects that meet business and community needs.
