He founded Golden State Appraisals in 1985 after 10 years of sales management experience in a manufactured home factory and 7 years as the owner of a manufactured home dealership. Jim has been an expert for the California Superior Court in 4 different counties in California, He holds a California Real Estate Broker's License and a California Real Estate Appraiser's License with an MHAS and an MHV certificate.
