In 2001 I founded MNT Training with a firm desire to provide the highest quality courses that were both accessible and affordable for those working with children. Our company ethos is providing 'Courses that Build Confidence and Careers' -as a child I grew up in a family where dyslexia was prevalent and saw the impact this can have on a person's se... lf-belief and confidence. However I was also fortunate to witness how with the right support and encouragement those with dyslexia can learn to face fears, overcome hurdles and achieve their academic, personal and career aspirations with flying colours! I guess then it is no surprise that I ultimately ended up in education following time in the health and early years sectors and a science degree gained shortly after leaving school. I believe without question that our job as a company is to give that support and encouragement to our learners that I witnessed as a child. When not working I am mum to my 3 little girls and in the odd (rare!) moment to myself I love reading, learning and exercising. Read More
