The business is based around the internet as it has been shown that the majority of tenants will search the internet for likely accommodation before even looking in the local paper. We use the countries biggest (and we believe the best) site known as www.rightmove.co.uk this also assists us in keeping our overheads down which helps us keep our costs to a minimum. We are affiliated to the N.A.L.S (National Approved Letting Scheme) we are also members of the T.P.O (The Property Ombudsman). There is a need in today's climate to insist in quality housing at sensible prices and by using M&M Lettings we can guarantee that. All the accommodation we offer is good quality. The properties, whether country houses or bedsits in city centre's, are all to a high standard of decoration and have the appropriate certification including the electric, gas and energy. The maintenance of the properties is as important to the landlord as it is to the tenant and for this we use quality qualified workman who are known personally to us, so there are no concerns about the quality of the work or the security. Our tenants are located via the internet or by way of signs being erected outside the property.
