MKB Solutions Group was started by Mike Ball with the vision of providing a highly qualitative staffing service to both hiring companies and candidates. Prior to starting MKB Solutions Group Mike earned both an Engineering Degree and Masters Degree from Michigan State University. He worked as an Engineer for Ingersoll-Rand and General Electric for... 7 years giving him a strong foundational understanding of the areas we serve - Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain Management. After working as an Engineer for 7 years, Mike spent 20 years working in staffing for a large national firm focusing on these same 3 disciplines. During this time he gained an in depth knowledge of the industry. Mike gained experience at all levels starting as a recruiter and ultimately ending up with full responsibility for multiple lines of business. Along the way he was fortunate to work with many great people earning several performance awards both individually and as a team.
