MK was appointed as the Consultant Project Manager in association with RDC Architects. The company was also appointed as lead consultant for an intensive addition and alteration industrial project. The project was successfully completed in February 2013. MK also undertook project management services for hospitality projects and completed a high-end luxurious resort project in Phuket, Thailand, in December 2013. MK's services into Cambodia in late 2009, providing lead consultancy services. MK made its imprint into Vietnam in 2010. MK Vietnam was established and key directors were inducted into the team signifying localization and strengthening of the business. The group set its sights on Myanmar. In 2013, the group was appointed as the development manager for a high-end mixed residential development in Yangon.
