In 2007, MJR expanded further and launched End-2-End Contact Solutions; a full-service Business Process Outsourcing company providing inbound/outbound contact centre services, back-office processing, direct sales campaign management and customer retention/loyalty services to our clients. The Markham site handles our Business Process Outsourcing business, dedicated CURE programs with some cross-pollination of traditional collection functions. The site is connected seamlessly to the Mississauga Command Centre. The Mississauga Command Centre and Markham Centre of Excellence are complemented by our Montreal operation and a newly established relationship with a Third-Party service bureau that has been contracted exclusively to securely handle MJR/End2End contacts in the event of a disaster.
