Mission Conversion Services Alliance, LLC (MCSA) is a joint venture contractor formed by AtkinsRéalis, Westinghouse Government Services LLC, and Amentum, with teaming partners Swift & Staley Inc. and Akima-Centerra Integrated Services, LLC. The alliance was selected by the U.S. Department of Energy's Portsmouth Paducah Project Office (PPPO) to perform the Operations and Site Mission Support (OSMS) contract at the former gaseous diffusion plant sites in Portsmouth, Ohio, and Paducah, Kentucky. MCSA's scope of work encompasses site operations, facility management, utility services, Decontamination and Demolition (D&D), Deactivation and Remediation (D&R), depleted uranium hexafluoride (DUF6) cylinder processing and repackaging, waste management, and site landlord services for all on-site contractors.
