My name is Jacqui and I am a creative and down-to-earth wedding and events planner. I am inspired everyday by the beauty in nature and in people and am fortunate to have a career that allows me to share in these very things while seeing the world. I was born in Sydney Australia, where my ticket to travel came in the form of a Marketing, Tourism and... Hospitality Management degree that allowed me to work in some truly amazing places; from London, to Austria, the Caribbean, Lord Howe Island and the one place I came back to time and time againKelowna, BC. I love this little corner of the world. Over the years I have worked for large event planning companies including Disney Cruise Lines and the Sydney Convention Centre. What Ive discovered over the years is that my true passion lies in planning intimate events for people (just like you) as you celebrate the moments in your life that really matter from exchanging rings with your soul mate, to the birth of your first, or the gathering of your most treasured family and friends. Today, as a certified wedding planner and owner of Mint Julep Creative Events, I get to do just that; bringing what Ive learnt in my travels and event creation to you and those you care about most.
