Minor and Associates, Inc. was created in dedication of his Father, Earl Minor, whose life catering to At-Risk youth as a Police Officer operating one the first PAL(Police Athletic League) Centers, a minister and youth program director. Myers Business College in Business Communications,Debra has over 20 years experience as the Agency Supervisor with the Comsumer Protection Association, Debra's knowledge of recordkeeping and office communicationsplus managing the First Energy Fuel Fund Program dealing with the public in Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Lake, Geauga and Lorain counties has given her a unique insight into the inter workings of our communities. Debra managed and was the primary liason of the United Way Annual Campaign for the UW organization. She was a grant writer for the CPU with Cuyahoga County and the United Way, and the CPA representative and liason for past Board of Directors, contractors and consultants while orchestrating and facilitating all event and agency functions for eighteen years with the agency.
