Mindful Movement is a health and wellness center dedicated to helping babies, children and adults discover ways to feel better, become more alive, vital and improve the quality of their lives. Through the lessons of Feldenkrais®, The Anat Baniel MethodSM, Pilates, Gyrotonic® and Reflexology, we can enhance the underlying movements required for such everyday activities as golf, tennis, walking, running, dancing, performing music and much more.
