Milton Marlins

The Milton Marlins is a self-funded, not-for-profit athletic organization run by parent volunteers. We look for various opportunities to partner with local and corporate businesses to sponsor our team and support our program. In return, the Milton Marlins can offer several opportunities to promote and market businesses within our swim community of... over 200 swimmers plus families, as well as exposure of the business at events attended by our team at local, regional, provincial and national levels. There are two types of sponsorship opportunities: (1) Financial Support The success of the Milton Marlins Swim Team is highly dependent on financial support from local and corporate businesses. Simply put, swimming is expensive between costs to rent pool time, hire coaching staff and participate at swim competitions. The main reason businesses participate is to help offset the high cost of swimming that does not receive the same funding resources as hockey, baseball, soccer, etc. Parent volunteers provide the people resources for the team, while financial support from businesses like yours help to offset costs so that more families can have access to our quality swim program.
