Millend Holdings was setup over 10 years ago to supply competitively priced quality accommodation predominantly for the professional and student market. The vast majority of our properties are located in the Wrexham and Chester areas making them ideally situated for the areas many commercial hubs and two Universities. All of our properties are deco... rated and fitted in a contemporary style and both comply and exceed the minimum Health and Safety and local authority requirements. Historically student accommodation has been of a low standard. We pride ourselves on the fact that we would happily live in any of our student properties and take pride in the finish and safety of our properties. All of our designated student properties are within easy walking distance of the Universities and all come with high speed Wifi internet access. This website is currently a 'work in progress' project and we will add information to it as soon as possible.
