Set in 700 acres of rolling Shropshire countryside, the stud lends itself perfectly to producing young thoroughbreds for the racing industry, with its quiet rural location and facilities. These include 45 stables incorporated in and around a large American barn, a horse walker, 2 all-weather s... urface rubber lunge pens, handling stocks and turn out paddocks. Mill House Stud has been selling horses for many years at all the major sales in England, Ireland and France. We have a very strong band of broodmares, both flat and National Hunt. All these have top class pedigrees and the results we have achieved at the foal sales at both Newmarket and Fairyhouse, Ireland, speak for themselves. We try and sell most of our foals as foals and also consign a very strong draft of outside owned foals, annually, for both sales. We are always open to ideas and available for advice on selling, breeding and producing race horses and of course winners at the end of the day.
