Mill Creek Golf Course

Over the past 20 years, the Mill Creek Golf Course has been operated by a limited number of golf course operators under the terms of a long-term lease that expired on December 31, 2018. Upon the expiration of that lease agreement, control of the golf course and clubhouse facilities has been returned to the Shodeen organization, who originally devel... oped and constructed the property in mid 1990s. The Shodeen management team is in the process of conducting a variety of detailed inspections and evaluations to identify the scope of all work required in order to repair the facilities, replace defective and/or obsolete equipment and fixtures, and return the Mill Creek Golf Course to the high quality standards the public deserves and had once known. Based upon the anticipated extent of worked needed, the decision has currently been made to close the course for the 2019 golf season, in hopes of completing the repairs and renovations essential to once again open the course for play for the 2020 golf season.
