About Miles
It has grown to a quilting company whose purpose is to quilt and finish quilt tops for people all over the world and then to use the profits to create charity quilts for those in need. With our workers and volunteers, we aim to continue the work Lynn Stucker started, creating quilted treasures. ynn never dreamed of becoming a quilter or even a sewer. Her mom, Jean was a wonderful seamstress: doing alterations, making wedding dresses and veils, and after "retirement"she made many doll clothes for her grand-daughters. John Miles Stucker, Lynn's father was a craftsman building custom house boats. Lynn Stucker has had a penchant for embroidery, cross-stitch and needlepoint, but never knew the ins and outs of a sewing machine.Several years ago Lynn received a sewing machine for Christmas.
