One of our greatest strengths is our in-house bespoke machine shop based in Ludhiana at the heart of the city. From here we are able to manufacture parts for all presses and auxiliary equipment using a host of lathes, jig millers and some of the largest vertical and horizontal borers available in the India. his gives us the capability to produce 'one offs', as well as the facility to remanufacture existing parts from both drawings and samples. In order to ensure a fast turnaround for repairs, MPPS holds a comprehensive spares stock. This includes anything from clutch and brake cages and friction plates to shear plates, knife extractors, clutch keys and springs. We also hold solenoid valves for use on many makes of press.Holding stock onsite reduces the lead time for repairs and gives us the flexibility to meet emergency demands from firms throughout the India.
