Bill ODwyer has over 35 years experience in mechanical contracting services, honing his capabilities to plan, administrate and coordinate business development with regard to target markets, goals and strategies. He has risen through the ranks in various roles in his career HVAC and plumbing estimator, project manager, service manager and marketing director. He began his career with the EMDE Company in 1980. He joined Mechanical Interiors Inc. (MIINC) in 1988 as Marketing Director, moved to Vice President of Business Development, and then was promoted to President in 1999. From 2001 to 2002, ODwyer was the executive VP of Business Development for Encompass Mechanical Services before joining Way Engineering Ltd. in 2003 as Vice President of Business Development.
