My name is Miguel Ocque. I was born in Venezuela and came to the United States in the year 2000. Since I was a little kid, I have always been a creative person. I was a DJ in Miami for more than 10 years, and then left that to work in the customer service industry for 10 years as well. But it was not until 2010 that I found my true passion! After m... y daughter Sophia was born in 2009, we took her to do professional photos for her 6 months milestone. When I saw the images from her session, I was blown away. That was enough inspiration for me to get my first DSLR camera (a Nikon D50) and start taking pictures of every day moments in my daughters life. From there, the passion only grew. My friends started asking me if I could take photos of their families and kids. One thing led to another, and Miguel Ocque Photography was born. Today, Im a full time photographer and I couldnt be happier! I have been married to the love of my life since 2003. I am the proud father of two beautiful children. As results of this, I have become the biggest Disney fan! We visit Disney World at least 4 times a year. I am a coffee addict. I love life, people, music, photography, technology, traveling, good food, animals and of course the best human beings in this world, My Family! I have learned through experiences that life is very short and very fragile. So I try to live my life for today and not worry so much about tomorrow or yesterday.
