Chattanooga Midwest Weather, Inc. is a Federally contracted office that maintains aviational weather observations for the Federal Aviation Administration and climatological data for the National Weather Service for use to pinpoint weather forecasts. Midwest Weather, Inc., is headquartered in Saint Peters, Missouri. It was founded in 1983. Since tha... t time, the company has sucessfully completed numerous National Weather Service(NWS), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and National Guard Bureau (NGB) and private sector contracts to provide surface weather observations, upper air observations, and forecasting services throughout the United States, including Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Our primary function is to provide timely and accurate weather observations and forecast products to the Federal Government and to general aviation and meteorological communities.
