The Midtown Management District (MMD) provides several valuable services to the neighborhood which enhance the efforts of the MRA. The main function of MMD is to provided services and maintenance above and beyond what the city provides to the company's public parks and rights of way; to continue to create a safer environment by providing additional... contracted law enforcement; the company serves as an advocate for the company's constituents to be sure that their concerns are made known and addressed by agencies; the company develops community based events and projects that assist in attracting more residents, businesses, and investments; and work diligently to encourage interaction between residents and businesses as well as enhance the image of the District.
