Mid-Penn Energy installed a completely new system in my home on March 6, 2013, and it is awesome. They came to my home to evaluate what system would be best and then quoted me a very good price. No hassles, no negotiations! The Lennox XP17 series heat pump along with a new air handler was chosen and it works great! The installation crew was second... to none, and were true professionals. They had my old system out and the new one installed in one day! I have already seen a 30-35% decrease in my electric bill, and the house is more evenly heated. I cant wait to use the A/C this summer! Great job Mid-Penn! I would recommend you to anyone who has the need for a new more efficient system! I also want to say that your service manager, Don Walters, is a really dedicated and knowledgeable HVAC technician. Dons thorough explanation of what our service problems were, and the correct way to attack the problem, led to the best cost solution for us. As you know, that job has also led to your firm being contracted to handle the ongoing maintenance at two of our other locations as well, Shamokin Dam and Williamsport. Honesty and low cost quality really pays. After five years of frustration and two companies later I decided to give Mid-Penn Energy a try. I had replaced my heat pump just three years ago because my upstairs was not cooling or heating correctly. Two years prior to that, I had a unit that was doing the same thing!
