The same way, we have learned how engineering and service provider compa... nies can be re-organized in order to optimize the results. It was our time to step out of large corporations and focus on our understanding of how things can be done differently under another rational methodology. Keep reading to know who we are and our past work experiences. Pedro started his career in the shipbuilding world, where he worked for 14 years in engineering & design and project management. During that time, he gained experience in merchant and military construction, working in shipyards in Europe and USA. Early 2010, Pedro entered the renewable energy sector in USA, being the Engineering Project Manager for the two biggest thermal solar power plants at the time for a Spanish company. Both plants are located in the southwest region of the US. His work in the renewable market continued with other solar, biofuel and conventional generation projects in USA and Europe until the end of 2015. By then, the seed of M&I Consulting was created, giving birth to the company in early 2016. Apart from the job, Pedro also volunteers with the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce of New York in their 2016 Mentoring Program as a mentor for talented young students and professionals.
