Additionally MG Capital employs full time Quality Assurance team members who inspect all properties with a minimum of two visits per month. The company strives to provide a transition process into a new building, which is exceptional to the industry. Once a contract has been signed, the Owner of the company will walk the property numerous times to familiarize himself with all areas to insure he assigns the personnel most qualified for the daily cleaning. During the transition period, the Owner will clean along with the cleaners to direct them on how best to serve each area. The company believes this is one of the areas that places the company's company above others and gives the company an edge on understanding each property.Read More
