MXG Software is site licensed (a site is a physical address; a license is required for each site whose data is processed by MXG, whether MXG executes there or whether the data is sent to another site where MXG is executed). Our MXG License authorizes MXG execution at Disaster Recovery sites for test or for actual DR work, with no keys nor any notification. 6. The Current Version, MXG 27.03, is dated MAY 4, 2009. Please check http://www.mxg.com/changes for the current MXG Version, and you will ALWAYS want the most current version, as create many versions each year to keep up with vendor changes, APARs, etc. 7. MXG is usually NOT sensitive to z/OS hardware changes; for example, 64-bit technology required no MXG changes. Previously, a new value of CPUTYPE required a new MXG version: but the z10 with CPUTYPE='2097' was the last, as MXG 25.11 or later have no CPUTYPE dependency, so a new CPUTYPEs will NOT of itself require a new MXG Version.
