Merlin Plastering Limited was established in 1985 by current M.D. Colin East. We operate from our premises in Carshalton, Surrey located South of London between Croydon & Sutton, premises comprising offices, yard & storage. From this location we are well placed to provide contract services to the construction industry covering London & the South &... South East of England. Our range of services includes Plastering, Floor Screeding, Drylining, Partition Systems & Suspended Ceilings and also Fire Protection work. We have carried out contracts for a wide range of regional & national contractors as well as smaller local builders. The common types of contract include many in the Education sector, all types of housing & residential including numerous prestige, high specification developments. We also have extensive experience in the commercial, retail & industrial sector. We have worked on a wide range of contract values, ranging from a single days work up to a maximum in excess of £500,000 with contract values between £100,000 & £200,000 commonplace. Merlin Plastering Ltd retains the services of AM Safety Specialists Ltd, an independent safety consultancy practice, advising on Health & Safety issues. All of our operatives have CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) qualifications, our site supervisors and management have SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) and SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) accreditation. Merlin Plastering Ltd hold accreditation with CHAS ( the Contractors Health & Safety Scheme ) and are also members of Constructionline. We are a member of the F.I.S.
