The company is dedicated to providing services of the highest quality so that people with mental health and physical challenges, as well as those entering their senior years, can live independently, participate in their communities and achieve the best possible lives for themselves. Meridian Services currently serves these individuals and their families in the larger Twin Cities metro counties as well as smaller Minnesota counties across the state. Meridian Services has served people with disabilities, those with mental health issues, the elderly and their families for a quarter of a century. Currently the company's Case Management Department serves approximately 2,500 elderly, 1,500 people with mental health issues and more than 1,000 persons with developmental disabilities.
