Merci Maman designs and creates personalised jewellery in its London office. The company has grown consistently since its inception in 2007 and this trend has accelerated in recent years, due to innovations, internationalisation in France, Germany & the US, increased investments in Digital Marketing and very strong PR when the Duchess of Cambridge... was spotted wearing one of our necklaces. In 2014, turnover more than doubled to reach our first million and we ended 2015 with a £2m turnover. Our team of 22 is working on many more growth initiatives for years to come, like the recent opening of our 2nd office in Paris. The majority of sales are generated through our B2C website mercimamanboutique.com. Since its launch, the website had been developed by a freelancer developer and administered by our ecommerce manager. Given our growth and strong pipeline of projects, we are looking to hire a permanent full time Junior Developer with a creative vision and technical knowhow who can take leadership over the technology aspect of the business. Our Lead Developer, still on freelance, will be available to support this new joiner for projects requiring specific expertise.
