Insurance - Menold is fully Insured and provides Workman's Compensation for our employees. Smoking - No smoking is permitted in your home by Menold employees or by Menold subcontractors. Any smoking will be done outside. All cigarette butts will be put in the garbage, not on the ground. Drug Free Workplace - We are a "drug free" company. All field... and office employees are randomly drug tested throughout their employment. Material Selections - There are a lot of products to pick out (cabinets, counter tops, flooring, etc.). We have simplified the process by building a showroom. All your products can be selected in one location, which saves you time. Our Production Coordinator and Show Room Designers will help you figure out colors, styles, and what products best suit your budget. Schedules - Dependent upon the size of your project you will get a copy of the job schedule, which includes a start date and a completion date. Your Lead Carpenter uses the schedule as a benchmark to run your project. He is responsible for keeping your project moving and on schedule. Dust Control and Floor Protection - We seal off the construction area with plastic and/or temporary walls. All floors are protected with tarps and/or floor runners. This prevents us from "dusting" your home and scratching your floors. Cleanliness - Your jobsite will be will be kept generally clean and orderly. At the end of the day we will do a general clean up and sweep. Punch List - You will be asked to fill out a "Punch List" by your Lead Carpenter. Any items that do not meet your expectations will be addressed and/or corrected if needed. Certificate of Completion - Before we final bill your project, you will be asked to sign a "Certificate of Completion". This says we have completed your project according to our agreement and the project meets your satisfaction.
